Dealing with Change
Working with technology change is what we do at Learning Perspectives it makes life exciting. You never know everything because what you knew six months ago is probably out of date now.
Over the past few months with COVID-19 the world has shown just how we can deal with change. We have gone from a world where only a few people worked from home - and when they did people didn't really trust that they were working - to a world where everybody is working from home. We're having house parties using video technology and having global video led meetings where we blur the background so those attending can't see the family mayhem around us.
However, just because we can deal with change doesn't necessarily mean we understand our emotions - or that we're dealing with the change particularly well. In this blog we look at some resources on this subject.
